What’s new in the 2023 Toyota Prius?

According to Toyota, the FWD Prius accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 7.2 seconds, while the AWD model does so in exactly 7.0 seconds. That is significantly faster than the 10.7-second time the current model is capable of.
There will be an option of 1.8-liter and 2.0-liter engines for the new Toyota Prius HEV. The 2.0-liter variant now has 193PS, an increase of 1.6 times over the prior generation. It also has Toyota E-Four all-wheel drive, which improves cornering stability and provides more solid grip on slick surfaces.
Instead of in the trunk, the battery is now found beneath the back seat of the new Toyota Prius PHEV. This will significantly increase its capacity for luggage, resolving one of the issues of the previous Toyota Prius Plug-in. The air conditioning system may now used by owners while they are plugged in, making the time spent charging more comfortable.
Safety Features

While the outside of the new fifth-generation Prius has changed, the inside has remained conservative and now features a more conventional car cockpit. The Prius now includes a gauge cluster located behind the steering wheel for the first time. With a 2.0-inch-lower roofline and lower front passenger seating to help with a lower center of gravity. More cup holders for the backseat passengers, and heated rear seats.
